The chairs (all 6 swivel) were cleaned and the Meschanik was overhauled with original parts from Knoll International. The seat cushions were renewed and covered with a high quality and exclusive fabric by Hermes/ Dedar.

From 2011 to October 2020, Dedar was a partner of Hermès in the production and distribution of the collections of upholstery fabrics. Hermes upholstery fabrics are no longer available in stores today.

Fashion icon meets design classic!

The upholstery fabric from the "Optique Chaîne D'Ancre" collection bears the iconic pattern of the "Chaîne d'Ancre", designed around 1938 by Robert Dumas (1898-1987).
